The Office Exclusive Seller Disclosure Form is used when a property owner chooses to withhold their property from the MLS and limit marketing of the listing exclusively to agents within the listing brokerage.
By signing this form, the property owner acknowledges that:
- The property will not be entered into the MLS for public cooperation and exposure
- The listing will not appear on public websites or applications
- Marketing of the property is limited under MLS rules
- Any public marketing of the property will require the listing to be entered into the MLS within one (1) business day
Public marketing includes, but is not limited to:
- Yard signs
- Flyers
- Social media posts
- Public-facing websites
- Email or text blasts
- IDX/VOW displays
- Multi-brokerage listing networks
Important:
- Office Exclusive listings must still be submitted to OneKey MLS before midnight of the day after the Listing Date
- A completed and signed Office Exclusive Seller Disclosure Form must accompany the submission
Please review the form carefully with the property owner before submission.
