These materials:
- Must depict or describe only the property being listed.
- Must not contain any contact information or other identifying details, such as agent names, phone numbers, email addresses, brokerage logos, or external website links (including YouTube branded links).
- Apply to all forms of media, whether electronic or otherwise, that are published in the MLS compilation or shared through any other channel.
Steps to Correct This Violation
- Review all photos, documents, and attachments on your listing.
- Remove or replace any media that includes contact details, branding, or information unrelated to the property itself.
- Ensure all uploaded materials accurately reflect the listed property only before resubmitting the listing.
