All listings entered into the MLS must be substantially complete and accurate at the time they are submitted to the MLS and at the time they are signed by the seller.
A listing is considered substantially complete when it includes all required information and accurately reflects the property being offered for sale or lease. This includes, but is not limited to:
The full gross listing price
A definite expiration date
The Parcel ID (tax identification number)
The approximate interior square footage, where publicly available
It is the responsibility of each listing agent to ensure that all mandatory fields are completed accurately and kept up to date.
Steps to Correct This Violation
Review your listing in the MLS to confirm that all required fields are completed.
Verify that all information entered is accurate and consistent with the property details and supporting documentation.
Update or correct any missing or inaccurate fields before re-submitting the listing.
