Steps to Correct This Violation:
- Prior to submitting your listing to the MLS, review all data fields in your listing, particularly Public Remarks and Agent Remarks.
- If any contact information, personal identifiers, showing instructions, or agent-only notes appear in the Public Remarks field, MLS staff will delete the entire field in violation.
- Ensure the Agent Remarks field contains only lawful, compliant, and cooperative instructions.
- Save and resubmit your corrected listing to ensure compliance.
