Participants shall enter into the MLS database all Exclusive Listings of Property (including “Coming Soon” listings) located within the MLS Service Area before midnight of the day after their Listing Date, or before midnight of such later date as set forth in the Listing Agreement.
Steps to Correct This Violation:
- Review the listing’s entry date to confirm it was submitted within the required timeframe.
- Enter all Exclusive Listings of Property located within the MLS Service Area into the MLS database before midnight of the day after their Listing Date, or by any later date stated in the Listing Agreement.
- Verify that your listing is fully active and visible in the MLS database once submitted.
