How do I activate a new SentriLock subscription?
You may visit the OneKey Lockbox store to purchase a new account activation. From the OneKey dashboard, in the My Favorite Apps section, click the My Account tile. From Keystone, click on the Store link from the Sidebar Navigation Menu. For more detailed instructions visit our related article.
What is the length of a SentriLock subscription?
SentriLock subscriptions run July 1 to June 30 of the subsequent year.
How much is a SentriLock subscription?
The 2026 annual subscription fee is $130 + applicable taxes. Your subscription will be prorated based on the date of activation.
How do I pay for a subscription renewal?
SentriLock subscription renewals are invoiced by OneKey MLS annually. You will receive an email with your invoice attached and a link to pay your bill.
I missed the June 30th deadline for my annual SentriLock invoice payment, and my invoice now shows as "void." What should I do?
