Converting an existing saved search into an auto email is an efficient way to automate running searches and sharing new matches with clients saving you time and effort and keeping your clients in the loop with access to new and updated listings.
To Access Saved Searches through My Matrix:
Note: There are two ways to access saved searches in order to convert them to auto email.
1. Click MY Matrix from the main menu and select My Saved Searches from the dropdown menu.
2. Click on the dropdown arrow next to the desired saved search.
OR
1. Click My Matrix from the main menu, then select My Contacts from the dropdown.
2. Click on the contact's name.
3. Click Searches
4. If there is more than one search, select the desired one.
To Update a Saved Search to an Auto Email in Classic Mode
1. From the desired Saved Search, click Settings. Note: Only searches that yield less than 250 results may be saved as an auto email. If your search results yield more than 250 results, edit criteria to narrow results.
2. Click the link that says Turn this Saved Search into an Auto Email
3. Complete the process of adding additional details and saving the Auto Email. See Saving an Auto Email in Matrix for more information.
