Searching for listings based on their distance to a train station is especially useful for buyers and renters who commute. This feature allows you to quickly identify properties within a convenient range of public transit, helping you narrow your search to homes that fit both your client's lifestyle and daily travel needs.
Click Search and choose the listing type you wish to search.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and, under Additional Fields, click Add.
In the search bar, type Distance to Train (in miles).
Select Distance to Train (in miles) and click Add.
Click Back to return to the search page.
At the bottom of the search page, you will now see an option to search for listings based on their distance to the nearest train station.
*Important: This field is not required when entering listings. In some cases, using the distance-to-train option may exclude listings that otherwise meet your search criteria.
