Mailing labels can be created using Matrix Tax or Realist Tax from within Matrix. These labels can be printed or emailed the process of sending out mailers. This information for these labels comes from public records.
To create labels from Matrix Tax:
1. Once results have populated from a Matrix Tax search. On the Results tab click on the checkbox to select the properties that you would like to include in your mailers. Click the checkbox in the column header row to select all records on the page
2. From the Actions bar select Print.
To Print Labels
1. Click Print. Choose the Mail label report that best fits your needs from the options provided, then click Print to PDF. Note: Mail Labels are printed as PDF files only.
To Email Labels
1. Click Print. Choose the Mail Label report that best fits your needs from the options provided, then click Click Email PDF to send via email.
To create labels from Realist Tax:
1. Once results have populated from a Realist Tax search, select the checkbox(es) desired to pick the properties to create labels for. Click the checkbox in the column header row to select all records on the page.
2. Click Labels
3. Select your desired label preferences.
4. Click Create and labels will download as a .doc file.
