The Import feature in Ocusell List™ allows you to bring existing on-market listings from Matrix into Ocusell. Once imported, the listings can be accessed and managed within Ocusell List™.
This is useful when a listing was originally entered in Matrix and you would like to begin managing it through Ocusell List™.
1. Select Add Listing
From the Listings page in Ocusell List™, select + Add Listing in the upper-right corner of the screen.
2. Select Import
The Create Listing window will display three options:
- New – Create a new listing from scratch.
- Clone – Create a new listing using information from an existing MLS listing. Note: Clone is not currently available with OneKey MLS's implementation of Ocusell List™.
- Import – Bring existing active, on-market listings from the MLS into Ocusell so they can be managed within Ocusell List™.
Select Import.
3. Select the Listing Agent and Member Record
The Import your on-market listings window will appear.
Under Listing agent, select the agent whose listings you want to import.
Next, select the appropriate Member record associated with that agent.
Under Choose the preferred image source, select OneKey, then select Submit.
Ocusell will use this information to identify the agent's eligible on-market listings in OneKey MLS.
4. Allow Ocusell to Gather the Listing Data
After selecting Submit, Ocusell will begin gathering the available listing data.
A progress window will appear while the information is being retrieved.
No additional action is required while Ocusell gathers the listing information.
5. Allow the Import to Complete
Ocusell will then begin importing the listing data.
The progress window will display the listing being imported and the status of the import.
Once the process is finished, you'll see an Import completed confirmation.
6. Locate the Imported Listing
Once the import is complete, return to the Listings page.
Because Import is used for existing active listings, the imported listing will appear under the On-Market tab.
You can locate the listing by scrolling through your listings or using the search and filter options available on the Listings page.
7. Manage the Listing in Ocusell List™
Select the imported listing to open it in Ocusell List™.
You can now use Ocusell to review and manage the listing information.
Listings imported into Ocusell remain part of the OneKey MLS ecosystem. Changes made to an Ocusell-originated listing in Matrix may take up to approximately 30 minutes to update in Ocusell.
Import vs. New
Use New when you are creating a brand-new listing in Ocusell List™.
Use Import when you already have an active, on-market listing in OneKey MLS and want to bring that listing into Ocusell List™ to manage it there.
Note: Importing an existing listing into Ocusell does not create a new or duplicate MLS listing. It brings the existing on-market listing into Ocusell List™ so it can be managed through the Ocusell interface.
