Ocusell List provides a streamlined, guided way to create and publish listings to OneKey MLS. Follow the steps below to create your first listing.
1. Access Ocusell
Log in to your OneKey MLS Dashboard and locate Ocusell under MLS Products.
Select the Ocusell tile to launch the platform.
2. Start a New Listing
From the Ocusell Listing Dashboard, click + Add Listing in the upper right corner of the screen.
The click New to create a new listing from scatch.
You may see the following options:
- New – Create a new listing from scratch.
- Clone – Creates a new listing by duplicating information from an existing listing. This feature is not currently available for OneKey MLS users.
- Import – Brings an existing active listing into Ocusell, allowing you to continue working with the listing within the platform. For example, you can import an existing listing from Matrix into Ocusell to edit and manage it using Ocusell’s tools and features.
3. Enter the Property Address
Enter the Listing address.
When Ocusell recognizes the address using available public records, property information may be automatically populated to help reduce manual data entry.
Always review any pre-populated information to confirm that it is accurate.
4. Select the Listing Agent
Select the appropriate Listing Agent for the property.
Confirm that the correct agent is associated with the listing before continuing.
5. Select OneKey MLS
Select OneKey MLS as the MLS for the listing.
Ocusell uses the same underlying OneKey MLS listing requirements and pick-list options as Matrix, although some field names may appear slightly different.
6. Select the Property Type and Subtype
After selecting OneKey MLS, a pop-up will appear prompting you to select the Property Type and Property Subtype from the available drop-down menus.
Choose the options that best match the property you are listing. Your selections will determine which fields and requirements are displayed as you continue through the listing entry process.
7. Complete the Listing Information
Use the sections in the left-hand navigation menu to work through your listing information.
Required fields are identified with an asterisk (*).
You can also select the checkbox for Required Fields in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to display only the information that must be completed before the listing can be validated and published.
Track Your Progress
Ocusell provides visual indicators in the left-hand navigation to help you track your progress.
A green checkmark indicates that a section is complete. Sections that still require information will remain incomplete, and sections containing missing required information may be highlighted in red during validation.
Ocusell automatically saves your work as you enter information, helping you move between sections without having to manually save after every change.
8. Add Photos and Documents
Select Media & Documents to upload your listing photos and applicable supporting documents.
You can arrange your photos before publishing. Ocusell also includes an AI-assisted option to help reorder listing photos.
Review all photos and documents for accuracy before continuing.
9. Add Your Public Remarks
Navigate to Remarks to enter your listing description and other applicable remarks.
Ocusell also provides the option to AI-generate Public Remarks based on uploaded listing photos.
If you choose to use AI-generated remarks, carefully review and edit the content before publishing to ensure that all information is accurate and complies with OneKey MLS rules.
10. Validate Your Listing
Once you've entered your listing information, click the Validate & Proceed button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
Ocusell will check for incomplete or missing required information. If an issue is found, affected sections will be highlighted in red in the left-hand navigation, helping you quickly locate fields that need attention.
Correct the identified items and select Validate & Proceed again.
Note: Validation helps identify missing or invalid listing information, but it does not replace OneKey MLS compliance review. Listings entered through Ocusell remain subject to the same OneKey MLS rules and Listing Data Checker (LDC) requirements as listings entered through Matrix.
11. Publish Your Listing
Once your listing has successfully completed validation, select Publish on the right-hand side of the screen.
Note: You must check the box accepting the media rights acknowledgement in order to Publish.
Your listing is not submitted to OneKey MLS until you click Publish.
After publishing, the listing will receive its OneKey MLS listing ID and become available in Matrix. Listings submitted through Ocusell typically appear in OneKey MLS within 10 minutes or less.
Not Ready to Publish?
You can leave an unfinished listing in Ocusell by selecting Save & Exit in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and return to it later.
Unpublished listings can be found under the Pre-Market section of your Ocusell Listing Dashboard. They will not appear in Matrix until they have been published.
Once published, listings can be found under On-Market in Ocusell and will also be available in Matrix.
After Publishing
Listings created and published through Ocusell List can be managed from either Ocusell or Matrix.
Keep in mind that updates do not always appear in both systems immediately:
- Changes made in Ocusell typically appear in Matrix within approximately 5 minutes or less.
- Changes made directly in Matrix may take up to approximately 30 minutes to appear in Ocusell.
