What is Ocusell List™?
Ocusell List™ is an alternative listing entry platform available to OneKey MLS subscribers. It provides a streamlined, guided experience for creating, editing, and managing listings in OneKey MLS.
Ocusell offers features designed to simplify listing entry, including guided navigation, required-field indicators, built-in validation, public-record data, and AI-assisted tools.
Using Ocusell List™ is optional. Subscribers may choose to use Ocusell List™ or Matrix Add/Edit to enter and manage their listings. Ocusell List™ can be accessed directly from the OneKey MLS Dashboard or through the ADD/EDIT menu in Matrix.
What are the Benefits of Using Ocusell List™ for Listing Entry?
- Faster listing entry: Ocusell can pre-populate available property information from public records when an address is recognized, reducing manual data entry. Users can also filter the form to display only required fields.

- Built-in guidance and validation: Required fields are clearly identified, and Validate & Proceed pinpoints missing required information before publication.
- Automatic saving: Ocusell continuously saves your work as you enter information, helping protect your progress.
- Listings entered through Ocusell List are transferred into OneKey MLS Matrix, so users gain the benefits of Ocusell's streamlined listing-entry experience while their listing remains available through the familiar Matrix MLS system.
How do I access Ocusell List™?
Log in to your OneKey MLS Dashboard and locate Ocusell under MLS Products. Select the Ocusell tile to launch the platform.
Do I have to use Ocusell List™?
No. Ocusell List™ is optional. You can choose to use Ocusell List™ OR the standard Matrix ADD/EDIT tab to enter and manage your listings.
How do I create a listing in Ocusell List™?
There are two ways to access Ocusell List™:
From the OneKey MLS Dashboard:
Log in to your OneKey MLS Dashboard and locate Ocusell List™ under MLS Products. Select the Ocusell List™ tile to launch the platform.
From Matrix:
From the Matrix main menu, select ADD/EDIT, then select Ocusell List™ to launch the platform.

What is Ocusell List Plus™?
Ocusell List Plus is an upgraded offering available directly through Ocusell that includes additional functionality beyond the version included with your OneKey MLS subscription. For a comparison of Ocusell List and List Plus, see Ocusell Resources.
Can I import an existing Matrix listing into Ocusell List™?
Yes. Use the Import option to bring an existing active listing from Matrix into Ocusell. Once imported, you can continue editing and managing the listing using Ocusell's tools and features.
What is the difference between Cloning and Importing a listing?
Cloning uses an existing listing as a starting point to create a new listing.
Importing brings an existing active listing into Ocusell List™ so you can manage it there.
In short: Clone = new listing. Import = existing listing.
Does Ocusell List™ automatically save my work?
Yes. Ocusell automatically saves your work as you enter listing information.
Listings that have not yet been published can be found under Pre-Market on the Ocusell Listing Dashboard, allowing you to return and continue working on them later.
How do I know which listing fields are required?
Required fields are identified with an asterisk (*). You can also select the checkbox for Required Fields to display only the fields that must be completed.
Ocusell uses OneKey MLS listing requirements, so fields required by OneKey MLS will also be required when entering a listing through Ocusell.
Does Ocusell List™ check my listing for errors?
Ocusell will check for missing required information and other issues that need to be addressed before publishing.
If an issue is identified, affected sections will be highlighted to help you locate the information that needs attention.
Ocusell's validation does not replace OneKey MLS compliance review. Listings entered through Ocusell remain subject to the same OneKey MLS Rules and Procedures and Listing Data Checker (LDC) requirements as listings entered through Matrix.
What AI-assisted features are available in Ocusell List™?
Ocusell includes AI-assisted features designed to help streamline listing entry, including the ability to generate Public Remarks based on uploaded listing photos and assist with reordering listing photos.
Always review AI-generated or AI-assisted content before publishing to ensure your listing is accurate and complies with OneKey MLS rules.
What happens when I publish my listing?
After your listing successfully completes validation, select Publish to submit it to OneKey MLS.
Your listing is not sent to OneKey MLS until you select Publish. Once published, the listing will receive a OneKey MLS listing ID, appear under On-Market in Ocusell, and become available in Matrix.
A new listing or changes made through Ocusell may take up to approximately 5 minutes to appear in Matrix.
Will an unpublished Ocusell listing appear in Matrix?
No. Listings that have not yet been published remain under Pre-Market in Ocusell and will not appear in Matrix.
Once published, the listing will appear under On-Market in Ocusell and become available in Matrix.
Can I edit my listing in Matrix after publishing it through Ocusell?
Yes. Listings created and published through Ocusell can be accessed and managed in both Ocusell and Matrix.
Changes made in Ocusell may take up to approximately 5 minutes to appear in Matrix. Changes made in Matrix to an Ocusell-originated listing may take up to approximately 30 minutes to appear in Ocusell.
Are Ocusell List fields the same as Matrix fields?
Ocusell uses the same underlying OneKey MLS listing data and pick-list options, although some field names or the way information is organized may appear slightly different from Matrix.
Can I switch between Ocusell and Matrix to manage my listing?
Once a listing has been published through Ocusell, it can be managed in either Ocusell or Matrix.
Keep the synchronization times in mind when switching between platforms. Changes made in Ocusell may take up to approximately 5 minutes to appear in Matrix, while changes made in Matrix may take up to approximately 30 minutes to appear in Ocusell.
