OneKey MLS participants and subscribers can manage their accounts through the Keystone Account Management portal. This portal is a central hub for access to Notifications, Billing (invoices), Documents (EULA), Store (SentriLock products and subscription). Your navigation and dashboard options will depend on your role in your office. Participants have access to Office Management, Listing Distribution, and Reports (EULA Reporting). Read on for more information on access, navigation, and the dashboard.
Accessing Keystone
- From the OneKey MLS Dashboard after login

Click on the My Account tile from the MLS Products or My Favorites widget
OR
- Navigate to Keystone.OneKeyMLS.com and log in at the prompt
Navigating in Keystone
Keystone screens have two panels and an upper banner, a left navigation panel and a right panel with content. Click on an option in the left navigation panel to see that content reflected in the right panel.
Uppermost banner
4 icons appear at the top of the page:
Keystone Account Management Logo - Click the logo to return to the main page (dashboard).
Shopping Cart - Click on the shopping cart when a number appears on it to view items you have added to the cart from the Store.
Bell - Click on the bell when a number appears on it to view new notifications.
Profile - Click on your name/profile to view your MLS ID, Association affiliation, or Log Out of Keystone. Note: If you have a profile photo added to your association account it will display here. If you do not have a photo uploaded, you may go to your LIBOR or HGAR account to add or update that information.
Left Navigation Panel
Subscribers and Participants have access to the following functions from the left navigation panel:
- Dashboard - View and register for classes in the Live Event Calendar, View Monthly Statistics, Read RISMedia News, and view Notifications.
- Notifications - Read OneKey MLS notifications regarding your account, including: Invoices, EULA notices, Store purchase notifications, and suspensions.
- Billing - View, print, or pay invoices
- Documents - Review or complete documents such as the OneKey MLS End User License Agreement (EULA)
- Store - Purchase SentriLock products and subscriptions
- Matrix - Click Matrix to enter the multiple listing service database.
- Help - Click Help for additional information about using Keystone and visit this article.
- Log Out - Click Log Out to securely exit your session.
Only Participants have access to the following functions:
- Office Management - Set your firm or office members' OneKey MLS permissions.
- Listing Distribution - Determine where your firm or office's listings will aggregate.
- Reports / EULA - Run a report to determine the status of your firm or office member's End User Licensing Agreement documents.
