Brokers may select where the listings in their firm or office are shared through Listing Distribution. Any "no" or "off" setting will overrule an indication of yes. For example, a "yes" on an individual listing will be overruled by a "off" setting to that site on the office's listing distribution.
Updating your office Listing Distribution settings:
Select My Account (from the MLS Products or My Favorite Apps sections) of the OneKey dashboard
or
Navigate to Keystone.OneKeyMLS.com and log in
2. Click on Listing Distribution from the left navigation panel.
3. Click on the Edit Distribution button for the desired office.
The following options are available for Listing Distribution:
- Realtor.com On-Market – Select whether your listings in an Active status will be provided for display on the Realtor.com site. This does not include Coming Soon status.
- Realtor.com Off-Market- Select whether your listings in Pending and Sold statuses will be provided for display on the Realtor.com site. This does not include Temporarily Off Market, Expired, Canceled, or Withdrawn statuses. Sold listing for each agent appear on their profiles. Pending listing will display in the search results with a "Pending flag" but will not appear on the agent's profile.
- OneKeyMLS.com – Select whether your listings will be provided to OneKeyMLS.com (OneKey MLS’s consumer-facing site that provides leads directly to listing brokerages and matches consumers to agents at no additional cost to subscribers).
- Crexi – Select whether your Commercial Sale / Lease, Commercial – Multi Family 5+, Land, and Business Opportunity listings will be provided to the Crexi site for display.
- Data Partnerships – Select whether your listings will be provided to Data Partnerships (vetted, non-public sites that operate real estate analytics and valuation programs that support financial institutions, lenders, and technology providers.)
IDX – Select whether your listings will be provided through Internet Data Exchange (IDX), sometimes called broker reciprocity, for display. This includes your own IDX site and other participating brokerage websites.
3. Make your desired selections and click Save Changes. Please note: OneKey MLS provides listings through a data feed promptly and changes made are reflected in the feed. Updates to individual sites, such as the timing of changes, are at the discretion of the individual site owner. Please contact the individual site for changes on their side.
