Keystone Account Management allows brokers/participants to expedite updates to their office roster by requesting removal of an admin account from their roster through Keystone. These requests are sent to the association they are affiliated with directly. (Keystone will be available December 3).
Requesting Admin Termination
Access Keystone by clicking on My Account from the OneKey dashboard (found in the My Favorite Apps and MLS Products sections).

Navigate to Keystone.OneKeyMLS.com and log in.
2. Click on Office Management from the left navigation panel on the Keystone Dashboard.
3. Click on the city or MLS ID of the appropriate office.
4. Click on Request Termination from the Office Details page
5. Confirm your selection by clicking Yes, Remove
A request will automatically be generated and sent to your association from you. A confirmation notification will appear in your Notifications. Any additional information or clarification will come from your association's membership team and a confirmation will be sent from the association when the termination is complete.
