Keystone provides a central place to view your notifications related to your OneKey MLS account. You will see only those notifications specific to your account. These include End User Licensing Agreement notices, administrator termination requests, and invoices, among others. Read and act on notifications to get the most out of your OneKey MLS account.
Accessing Notifications
Once logged into OneKey MLS, click on My Account in the MLS Products OR Favorites section in the dashboard
Notifications may be found in the following locations:
- Dashboard / Upper banner
- Dashboard / Notifications section or widget
- Click on the Notifications option from the left navigation panel anywhere in Keystone
Each option is detailed below.
Viewing Notifications
Unread Notifications in the Upper Banner
New notifications can be viewed in the upper banner. The bell icon will have a number in a bubble to reflect the number of new (unread) notifications. Click on the bell or number to view a pop up with Unread Notifications.
The Unread Notifications pop up includes:
- Type - an icon displays indicating the type of notice. Hover over an icon to view a tip
- Email notification - this may include reminders about End User Licensing Agreements (EULA).
- Invoice notification - a billing invoice for SentriLock renewal is available for you to view.
- Termination notification - an administrator termination request has been submitted to the association at your request.
- Description - unread notification descriptions are bold, read notification descriptions appear in regular text. Click on the description to read the notice.
- Date Sent- the date the notification was sent
- Status - new (unread), read
You may sort your unread notifications by clicking on the sort icon the appears on the right side of the heading column.
Click on the notification description to open and read it. Once opened the status will update to read, and the notification will be removed from the Unread Notification pop up.
To return to the previous screen, Click the Notifications link at the top of the page.
The 5 Most Recent Notifications in the Dashboard Notifications Widget
The 5 most recent notifications -- both new and read --can be viewed on the dashboard in the Notifications section or widget. It includes:

Click on the notification description to open and read it. Once opened the status will update to read.
Click View all notifications to see more than the last 5 most recent notifications.
All Notifications
All notifications may be accessed by clicking View all notifications in the Notifications widget or by clicking Notifications from the left panel navigation.
Information displayed on your Notifications page is the same as in previous instances, as are the ability to view and sort. The only difference is that this page will contain a complete history of your notifications since the launch of Keystone and you'll have the ability to search and filter the results.
Searching and Filtering Your Notifications
Search your notifications by entering text in the Search bar. The search acts as a "contains search", ie, if you enter "EULA" your results will be filtered to contain only those results that have those characters anywhere in their description.
Alternately, you may use the provided Notification Type or Status buttons to filter results. Click on the desired filter and select option(s) from the provided dropdown.
Click Reset to clear your filter.
