Perform a listing search, making sure to include all relevant listing statuses for your market analysis.
Select the listings you wish to include in the 1004MC report.
Scroll to the bottom of the results page and click the Print button.
In the print options menu, click either 1004MC Report Summary or 1004MC Report Detail.
Click Print to PDF to generate the 1004MC report.
From the PDF preview page, you can either download or print the 1004MC report.
