Hot Sheets are a tool to help you keep tabs on changes happening inside your market place as you define it. Included with your OneKey MLS subscription, these reports offer Market Insights uniquely available to you as a real estate professional. You may choose to utilize Hot Sheets to track changes in market subsets, for instance, price decreases in a desirable neighborhood or whatever your area of market expertise. By default your Matrix dashboard contains a Hot Sheet that covers the entire OneKey footprint for each property type. These default reports may be edited, deleted, and/or renamed.
1. From your Matrix dashboard
2. Click the customize gear icon on the Hot Sheets widget.
3. Click Add
4. Select your desired Hot Sheet Type from the dropdown.
5. Enter your desired name for the Hot Sheet in Name: field.
6. Click Save
7. Click Edit Criteria
8. Add any desired criteria
9. Click Save
10. Click Done
Tip: Tip! To see the Hot Sheet results, follow the steps below:
11. Select the desired timeframe that you'd like to see changes for from the dropdown.
12. Click on the name of the Hot Sheet
