Editing an Existing Listing in Matrix Add/Edit Listing Manager

  • (Option 1) Click the Add/Edit option on the main menu, to navigate to the Listing Manager

    

  • (Option 2) Click My Matrix on the main menu and select My Listings Select the desired listing and click Edit.

  • (Option 3) From the Matrix Dashboard My Listings Widget, click on the desired option.  From the resulting list,  select the listing and click Edit.

Once in the Listing Manager you’ll have options to edit your listings fields, photos, documents, statuses, open houses and more. You also have different ways to view and access office listings on the Listing Manager.

Click Edit > to do the following:

• Update your Your listing content, photos and documents by clicking on the Property Type. 
• Change your Listing Status
  Depending on your listing status certain actions will appear.

    • Change to ACTIVE 
    • Delete INCOMPLETE 
    • Change to TEMP OFF MARKET 
    • Change to PENDING 
    • Change to SOLD 
    • Change to RENTED
    • Change to WITHDRAWN – For Brokers, Managers & Admins Only 
    • Change to CANCEL – For Brokers, Managers & Admins Only 
    • Extend Listing
    • Open Houses
    • Price Change
  • Additional Listing Options
    • Print
    • Share Listing - Only available for on market statues
    • Reverse Prospecting
    • Assign a Lockbox (Sentri Lock)
    • Manage ShowingTime
    • Add/Edit Documents (Transaction Desk)
