Updating an existing client or customer’s information such as their email address or phone number can be done easily from within Matrix using My Contacts. Learn more below.
1. Click My Matrix on the main menu
2. Select My Contacts from the dropdown
3. Click on the contact's name that you would like to edit to see all of their related information.
4. Click Edit
5. Edit the necessary contact fields for the contact. (Note: only contact information may be edited). Then click Save.
