Matrix™ offers a variety of displays and even custom reports you’ve created as options to print. The print menu has options such as branding that can be included in your print. Learn more about these options below.
To Print from Classic Matrix
1. From the results tab, click the checkbox of the listings you would like to print
2. Click Print
3. Select which display(s) you would like to print. You can select multiple displays by holding down Control on a pc (or Command on a Mac) and clicking each select the desired options. Click Print
4. Select any of the following desired options to customize your print. Options that aren’t applicable will be greyed out.
- Print: without header or footer, with header, with footer, with header and footer
- First page, last page
- Every page
- Print search criteria
- Ink saver; if any, don’t print images
- Print All Tabs
- 360 Property View
- Listing
- Tax
- Photos
- History
- Parcel Map
- Flood Map
- Foreclosure
- Open House
5. Choose one of the following options to click to complete your print:
- Email PDF – email a client a static PDF report of the selected listings
- Print to PDF – creates a static PDF file that can be saved
- Preview – see what your report(s) will look like
To Print From New Matrix
1. From the Results section of the screen, select your desired listings
2. Click Print
3. Select the desired display(s) to print
Note: Options with the prefix "my" indicate custom reports created by user
4. Select the Options header to expand and see options. Select desired options
5. Click PDF to save and/ or save and print PDF or click Print
