Hot Sheets are a tool to help you keep tabs on changes happening inside your market place as you define it. Included with your OneKey MLS subscription, these reports offer Market Insights uniquely available to you as a real estate professional. You may choose to utilize Hot Sheets to track changes in market subsets, for instance, price decreases in a desirable neighborhood or whatever your area of market expertise. By default your Matrix dashboard contains a Hot Sheet that covers the entire OneKey footprint for each property type. These default reports may be edited, deleted, and/or renamed.
1. From your Matrix dashboard (classic or new)
2. Click the customize link (classic) or click the customize gear icon (new) on the Hot Sheets widget. Classic displayed
3. Click Add
4. Select your desired Hot Sheet Type from the drop down.
5. Enter your desired name for the Hot Sheet in Name (after this step you will be able to enter criteria)
6. Click Save
7. Click Edit Criteria
8. Add any desired criteria.
9. Click Save
10. Click Done
Tip: Tip! To see the Hot Sheet results, follow the steps below:
11. Select the desired time frame that you'd like to see changes for from the drop down.
12. Click on the name of the Hot Sheet to display the Hot Sheet
