This article provides an overview of dashboard widgets, communication tools, and navigation options available within the OneKey Dashboard.
Accessing the Dashboard
After logging in to OneKey, your dashboard displays a personalized workspace with quick access to products, updates, and resources.
Dashboard content may vary depending on your subscription level, association membership, account type, and available integrations.

Dashboard Navigation
The navigation bar at the top of the dashboard provides access to key areas:
Home - Returns you to your main dashboard view and refreshes the page. Selecting the OneKey logo will also return you to the dashboard home screen.
Search Apps - Use the search bar to quickly locate available products, apps, and tools.
Messages & Notifications - The upper-right corner includes communication and notification tools to help you stay informed.
- Envelope Icon (Messages): Opens your inbox, where you can view messages and communications.
- Bell Icon (Notifications): Displays alerts, announcements, reminders, and important updates such as upcoming classes, webinars, and events.
- Red Notification Badge: A red circle with a number indicates the quantity of unread messages or pending notifications requiring attention.
Profile Settings - Select your profile icon in the upper-right corner (typically displaying your initials) to access account preferences and personal settings.
This is also where you can manage your dashboard profile details, including uploading a profile photo.

Dashboards (4 Square Icon) - Some users may see the option to access association-specific dashboard views, such as LIBOR or HGAR, depending on their account configuration and membership.

The MLS Products widget provides access to MLS tools included with your subscription.

Select Show More to view all available products.
Explore by Solution
The Explore by Solution widget shows all available tools with your subscription.
Use the drop-down menu to filter products and Explore Solutions by Category.

Select Show More to view all available solutions.

Association Benefits (LIBOR Members Only)
Access association-specific resources and subscriber services.

OneKey Event Calendar
View upcoming training sessions, webinars, and educational events.
Select an event for additional details or registration information.
LDC (Listing Data Checker)
The LDC widget provides access to compliance-related notifications and listing alerts.
Available views and functionality may differ depending on whether you are accessing the dashboard as an agent or broker.
