The ability to schedule showings through the Schedule a Showing button on listing displays.
Use ShowingCart® for easy management and scheduling of multi-listing buyer tours. Utilize the map to determine your desired route, or let the SmartRoute feature do the work for you. Driving directions with drive time let you determine the best time to stagger your showing requests. Insert stops or even listings that don't utilize ShowingTime™ into your buyer tour for sharing with clients.
Preferences and settings for each listing that allow brokers to establish precedent for their offices, and listing agents to determine how they'd like to manage showings for individual listings.
An intuitive mobile app so agents can manage and schedule showings for their clients and leave feedback on the buyer's side. Listing agents can manage appointment availability, and enable their clients to review feedback from prospective buyers.
Agents can also set their clients up with the Home by Showing Time™ mobile app. Clients can manage showings, appointments and tours. They can even monitor feedback from prospective buyers (and all buyer agent information is anonymized.
