In March, the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) introduced a new policy, Multiple Listing Options for Sellers, which offers sellers listing options while keeping the existing Clear Cooperation Policy and submission deadlines.
The OneKey® MLS Board of Managers and executive team have carefully reviewed these options. Our guiding principles remain:
- Empowering you and your client to make informed choices
- Providing a framework that supports the options your clients request
- Offering solutions that save you time and money
Each office/firm will have the flexibility to select the options that work best for their clients' needs through the selections outlined below and by using existing options such as Coming Soon status. Over recent months, we’ve also prepared the community by clarifying how your data is licensed and used through the new End User License Agreement (EULA). Our next steps build on that effort.
What's Changing
- Create a new field called "Listing Exposure"
- Provides clear meaning
- Consolidate "Private Y/N" and "Publish to Internet Y/N" fields into "Listing Exposure"

- Update the On Market Date
- On Market Date will be updated to the date the listing is exposed to the public (Publish to Internet), not Private-Firm Only or MLS-Only.
- History
