Secure access to accounts and information is an ever-growing concern. Utilizing multifactor authentication is just another way that OneKey® helps it's customers stay safer. Below the steps for establishing multi-factor authentication with the help of our partner Clareity, are outlined. Please note: An important step for keeping access to your account safe is to assure that your email address and cell phone number are kept up-to-date in your association records. The MFA enrollment process will only work if you have a valid email address or mobile number on file. Contact your board or association support teams if you need assistance updating that information.
To register for multi-factor authentication as existing members as of 12/4/24:
An email was sent to all unregistered OneKey customers to the email address on file with your association on the morning of 12/4/24. The email was sent from no-reply@CoreLogic.com, with the subject line: 2nd Notice: Action required to set up secure access to your new MLS experience
The body of the email states:
We previously sent you a link to register for your new MLS experience. That link has expired. Below is a new link that is good for 72 hours. Please register as soon as possible to avoid disruptions to your MLS access.
Multi-Factor authentication offers more secure access to your account and listing information. Follow the steps below to set up your account access:
- Copy your Login ID: [login id]
- Click on the Registration Link: [registration link]
Please note: if after clicking the link and entering your login ID, you receive a “link has expired” message, follow the on-screen prompts to request a new link.
3. Paste or enter your Login ID in the browser window that opens. Click Continue.
4. Select a method for receiving a verification code.
5. Copy your verification code from the selected platform (email or text.)
6. Paste or enter your verification code in the browser window. Click Verify.
7. Enter and confirm a new password using the instructions provided. Click Set Password.
To register for multi-factor authentication as a new OneKey Customer:
1. An email will be sent from our CoreLogic partners. The subject line will be: Action Required: Set up secure access to your new MLS experience.
This email will contain your Login ID (for most pre-existing subscribers this ID will not be changing) and a registration link. The registration link will be accessible for 72 hours. Note: if you attempt to register more than 72 hours after the registration link is sent, you'll be directed to request a new link. (For our Stratus users, the link expiration has been extended).
2. Click the registration link provided.
3. A browser will open on your device and a Welcome screen will load. On the Welcome screen, enter your ID provided in the email.
4. Select the desired option, either to receive the verification via email or cell phone.
5. Open the verification email or text sent and copy the verification code.
6. Paste or enter the verification code in the multi-factor authentication window and click Verify.
7. Enter a new password in the New Password field and then confirm the new password by entering it a second time in the Confirm Password field. Click Set Password. Please note: passwords are case sensitive. The password must be between 8-12 characters with at least 2 numbers. You may use spaces and special characters, if desired. You may not use previous passwords.
8. You'll arrive at a Congratulations screen once your password is successfully created and you are ready to log in.
9. Click OneKey to proceed to the login screen.
