OneKey® MLS and our stakeholder association, Long Island Board of REALTORS® (LIBOR), continue efforts on your behalf to meet the requirements of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Settlement. Read on, for updates on those efforts:

Pre-sale Concession fields were added to the MLS July 23.

LIBOR has released updated forms. Please note: At OneKey® we respect each Participant’s unique business model and operating principles and do not mandate use of any specific forms, so long as those forms comply with state law.

The removal of Compensation fields and effective date for policy prohibiting mention of compensation in the MLS is planned for August 8. Please encourage your listing agents to remove references to compensation from free-text fields ahead of August 8.

HGAR recommends use of New York State Association of REALTORS® forms (*update 8/8/24: HGAR forms are now available) while they assess further action. Please note: At OneKey® we respect each Participant’s unique business model and operating principles and do not mandate use of any specific forms, so long as those forms comply with state law. Speak with your broker about your office’s policy and practice.

The requirement to upload listing agreements and other documentation to OneKey® within 24 hours of listing has been discontinued. Please note that documentation must be provided to OneKey ® within 24 hours upon request.
