Many commonly used forms such as the Exclusive Right to Sell Listing Agreement are being amended in alignment with the NAR Settlement. OneKey® MLS does not mandate what forms are used by their Participants and Subscribers, only that these forms must comply with New York State Law and the terms of the NAR settlement.
There are a number of forms that Participants may choose from. These include those provided by:

- Long Island Board of REALTORS®(LIBOR) *Note link requires log in.
- Your Brokerage
NAR has provided a template compensation disclosure for active listing or buyer agreements that can be used for active agreements that will need to be amended or supplemented with a separate disclosure to conspicuously note that compensations is not set by law and is fully negotiable.
Please note that though forms were historically required to be uploaded to OneKey® MLS within 24 hours of listing upload, that will no longer be a requirement. However, forms must be supplied to OneKey® MLS staff upon request, within 24 hours, effective August 8, 2024.
