Marketing yourself and reinforcing your branding is an extension of your business presence and now an easy to maintain part of your MLS experience with the options available through Matrix. Follow the instructions below to add your preferred branding to your email signatures, print headers & footers, CMAs, and OneHome client portal.
1. From the Matrix main menu, click your name in the top right corner.
2. From the dropdown menu options, select Settings
3. Click My Information
4. Enter or update any desired information. The information entered will be options to include in your branding in the subsequent tabs.
5. Once you've finished your updates, click Save
6. Next click the Header & Footer tab
7. Select your desired banner option. If you'd like to select a banner from the library of prepared options, click Select a different banner image/theme or you may choose to upload a custom banner image from your device.
8. If selecting a pre-prepared banner, scroll through the options and select your desired image.
9. Click Preview
10. Then you may select your desired branding options from the dropdowns provided. There is a blank line option if you do not want to include any information.
11. You may select to use the default theme colors or make your own selections by selecting Use custom colors
12. With the custom colors option, you may choose to type in a new hex code or click on the color bar to select a color.
13. Click and drag the circles to select a color. Once satisfied, click Done
14. If you'd like to have the option on the print menu of including a footer, select Yes, I want a Print Footer
15. Once again, you may select from the dropdown options for branding. And update colors, if desired.
16. Click Save
17. Click CMA Cover Sheet tab
18. Click Upload photo
19. Click Browse...
20. Select your desired photo, drag to crop, and click Save
21. To overwrite and information that is pre-filled, click the checkbox that corresponds to the line.
22. Update any desired information.
23. Click Save
24. Click Email Signature tab
25. You may cut and paste an existing signature into the space provided or enter your own text. Note that you may include a photo, if desired.
26. Click Select Image
27. If you've already added a photo, you may click to select this image to use in your signature.
28. Make any desired formatting adjustments and click OK
29. Make any other desired formatting adjustments and click Save
30. Click OneHome tab
31. Click Upload photo
32. Click the "Use Custom Photo" field.
33. Click Upload photo
34. Click Save
35. Enter or adjust any desired fields
36. Click Save
