OneHomeowner™ by Cotality is a client engagement platform included with your OneKey MLS subscription that helps agents stay connected with clients long after closing. OneHomeowner offers homeowners the ability to manage important details and documents associated with their home, explore options for maintenance, improvements, and more. Agents can provide advisors, and information to support their client, and receive notifications and updates regarding their client.
Navigate to OneHomeowner through the Matrix dashboard.
2. Enter your info as prompted by the page to complete your account registration.
3. Once registering your account, you will be brought to OneHomeowner's main page.
4. From there, you can use the left-hand toolbar to create and manage hubs, edit your profile, and more. Click on the My Hubs option in the toolbar to get started.
5. On the My Hub page, click on New Hub to create a hub.
6. Follow the prompts, which include selecting your organization, the advisor, the property address, naming the hub, and finally inviting members via email.
7. When you are finished setting up your hub, you will see it listed in the My Hubs section.
8. You can also add profile details to your account from your OneHomeowner dashboard. Begin by clicking the My Profile icon on the left-hand toolbar.
9. In My Profile, you can select Edit Profile to add your display name, email address, and work and cell phone numbers, as well as links to your social media pages. The Add License option allows you to add a license number that will be visible to those you invite to your hubs.
