Brokers can sort their violations list by violation type to group similar issues together and prioritize follow-up with agents.
Steps
1. Log in to Keystone from your OneKey Dashboard.
2. On the left-hand navigation panel, select Compliance.
3. Under Violations Summary, click View All Violations
4. Review broker-wide violations. You will now see a full list of all violations across your brokerage.
5. Sort by Violation type. At the top of the Violation column, use the arrows on the right-hand side to sort the list by type.
