Certain violations are considered time-sensitive and may result in escalating fines if not corrected promptly. For these violations, fines continue to increase until the issue is resolved.
Once the violation is corrected, the associated invoice becomes final unless the Broker of Record or listing agent submits a dispute within the required timeframe.
If no dispute is filed, payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Failure to remit payment within this period may result in account suspension.
Below is a breakdown of time-sensitive violations and their corresponding escalation classifications.

These Notes below define how the fine escalates and outline any additional enforcement authority.
Note A: Fixed Fine (No Escalation)
Applicable to Late Entry of Listings (Rule 302).
$50 if submitted 1–3 days late
$100 if submitted more than 3 days late
No additional escalation applies
Note B: Time-Sensitive Escalation (Type I)
If the violation remains uncorrected:
After 1 day: Base Fine × 2
After 3 days: Base Fine × 4
After 5 or more days: Base Fine × 6
Note C: Time-Sensitive Escalation (Type II)
If the violation remains uncorrected:
After 2 days: Base Fine × 2
After 4 days: Base Fine × 3
After 5 or more days: Base Fine × 5
Note D: Daily Accrual
The fine increases by $100 per day for each day the violation remains uncorrected.
Note E: Escalating Fine Structure for Repeat Offenses
For repeat violations within the same office, the fine increases based on occurrence:
Second offense: Base Fine × 1.5
Third offense: Base Fine × 2
Fourth and subsequent offenses: Base Fine × 3
