Accessing the LDC (Listing Data Checker)

Listing Data Checker (LDC) is an automated compliance tool that helps ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of listings entered into OneKey MLS. LDC continuously monitors listings for potential violations of the MLS Rules and Procedures and provides notifications to help agents correct issues before fines are issued.

Accessing Listing Data Checker

You can access your violations, notifications, and violation history from both the OneKey dashboard and the Matrix dashboard. The process of accessing LDC from either platform is very similar.

1. Scroll down on either the OneKey MLS Dashboard, or the Matrix Dashboard until you see the Listing Data Checker (LDC) tile.

2. Click any of the options within the tile (such as Violations, Notifications, or History).

3. Each option will open a different tab within the LDC interface.

Important Note: The new Matrix dashboard may not display the LDC tile automatically. To add it, use the steps outlined below:

1. Click Edit Dashboard in the top-right corner.

   

2. Scroll until you find Listing Data Checker.

   

3. Toggle the rocker switch next to Listing Data Checker to enable the tile.

   

4. Click the double left arrows to confirm your changes.
