Ocusell is a listing entry and aggregation solution. Brokerages may choose to use Ocusell in order to streamline listing entry at a single point and then optimize aggregation of the listing to multiple end sites and potentially multiple markets, including OneKey MLS. Learn more about how to recognize listings that originated in Ocusell in Matrix and more below.
What are Ocusell listings?
Ocusell listings are those that were entered in the Ocusell product and aggregated into OneKey MLS.
Why would a brokerage use Ocusell?
Brokerages use Ocusell to save time and streamline the process of sharing their listings to multiple sites. Brokerages enter their listing once in Ocusell and then it aggregates out to sites through a data feed. This saves the administrative burden of multiple entries.
Are other MLSs implementing Ocusell?
Yes, this product is being used in other markets.
How can I tell if a listing comes from Ocusell?
Listings originating with Ocusell have:
An "O" designation on the Agent Single-line display is shown to the right of the checkbox. (Note the below image is a test listing).
360 Property Display shows "Ocusell" in the Listing Source field (List Src:). (Note the below image is a test listing).
Why do some Ocusell listings have fields that are blank, or read "null" or "other"?
The source of these listings is different for each brokerage so as yet, we cannot map data perfectly for every field. When information is not available, you'll see a blank, null, or other value represented.
How do I find missing information on an Ocusell listing?
Every Ocusell listing provides the listing office and agent information, best practice would be to contact the listing office regarding missing information.
How do I participate in Ocusell?
Coming soon, you'll have the option to choose to use the Ocusell Add/Edit module to enter listings. Stay tuned for more information.
