If you're reading this, it likely means your OneKey MLS subscriber access has been suspended. We understand this can be frustrating, and we want to help you get back online as quickly as possible. This suspension is a result of not completing the OneKey MLS End User License Agreement (EULA).
Why Was My Access Suspended?
Upon joining, reinstatement or update the EULA update, you should have received an email providing a link to access the EULA and instructions for completion.
For subscribers, it was required to agree to the terms of the EULA. For participants, the EULA also required selecting a copyright option.
Broker Participants can review subscribers in the office who have not signed the EULA.
How to Restore Your Access
Restoring your OneKey MLS access is a straightforward process. Follow these steps:
- Locate the Suspension Email: Find the email sent to you on the morning of August 5, 2025, regarding your suspension, or login at keystone.onekeymls.com/documents
- Review and Sign: Within that email, click the Review and Sign link.
- Sign the EULA: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete and sign your EULA. You can find additional detailed instructions here.
Once you successfully agree to the EULA, your access will be restored automatically within 20 minutes. Be sure to log out and log back in.
We encourage you to complete this as soon as possible to minimize any disruption to your workflow. If you have signed your EULA and are unable to access OneKey MLS, Dashboard, contact us with any questions or issues encountered.
If you have signed your EULA, and are still suspended after 15 minutes, please contact Support@OneKeyMLS.com.
