Welcome to our online lockbox store! This guide will walk you through the simple steps to purchasing lockboxes, and lockbox accessories for your real estate needs available through the OneKey® MLS Lockbox Store.
As a OneKey MLS subscriber, you can easily browse our selection, activate your SentriLock subscription, and make purchases conveniently online. You can select your preferred delivery method – either convenient shipping to your location or quick pick up at one of our designated locations. Let's get started!
Accessing the Lockbox Store:
1. Go to the OneKey MLS website: Corporate.OneKeyMLS.com
2. Click Login in the upper right-hand corner of the screen
3. Enter your Login ID and Password and click on Login to navigate to your MLS Dashboard.
- HGAR Members: when logging in, you will be directed to the HGAR member portal. Then click on MLS Dashboard.
- LIBOR Members: you will be sent directly to the OneKey MLS Dashboard.
4. On the OneKey MLS Dashboard, locate the MLS Products section. Click Show More within the section, and click the Lockbox Store tile."
5. You maybe prompted to Click to Sign In

Reviewing Products for Purchase:
The Lockbox Store will open, with your information at the top of the page, presenting three product options that can be added to a cart* for purchase:
- SentriLock Subscription Activation: This fee grants you access to the SentriKey App, which is required to access and open lockboxes. The annual subscription cost is $125 plus applicable tax (tax rate varies based on your office location). Please note that the subscription fee is prorated quarterly.
All current users will be billed in June for the next cycle.
Please note: Annual renewal invoices are emailed to subscribers. These may be paid through the link provided via email or by visiting the Invoices link [insert link]
- Lockbox Lease: The cost to lease a lockbox is $110.00 per lockbox.
- Replacement Battery: Replacement batteries for lockboxes are available for $3.00 each.
Adding Products to Your Cart
You're ready to add a product! Click Add to Cart and the Shopping Cart pop-up Window will appear with the product added.
Cart Options (Pop-up Window)*: In this pop-up window, you have options to manage your shopping cart:
- Remove: If you wish to remove a product you've just added
- - + (Subtract or Add): You may choose to subtract or add from the number of an item in your cart by clicking the subtract or add buttons.
- Continue Shopping: To add more products to your cart, simply close this pop-up window. You can then continue browsing the store and adding other products.
- Proceed to Checkout: If you are ready to finalize your purchase, you can click the Checkout button.
You can review the contents of your cart at any time before checking out:
- Cart Icon: Clicking the shopping cart icon at the store's top right corner.
- Product Indicator: On each product tile, you will see an indication if that specific product is already in your cart. To view that item in your cart, click View Cart.
Checking Out
Once you have all the desired products in your cart, carefully review the order total and click Checkout.
The checkout process will vary slightly depending on the items in your cart. Check out based on your products:

SentriLock Subscription Activation:
- If this is the only item in your cart, an Invoice will be displayed.
- On the invoice, you can review the total amount, including the applicable tax.
- Select your preferred Payment Method from the available options: Card, Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay, and US Bank Account.
- Click the Pay $ button to process your payment.
- Review the payment confirmation.
- Lockboxes and/or Accessories (Battery, Lockbox): If you have selected lockboxes or accessories, you will be presented with the option to choose your Delivery Method (Shipping or In Person Pickup):

Shipping:
- Provide the shipping address where you would like your items to be delivered.
- Continue through the checkout process.
- Review the Invoice, which will include shipping costs and applicable taxes.
- Select your preferred Payment Method from the available options: Card, Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay, and US Bank Account.
- Click the Pay $ button to process your payment.
- Review payment confirmation.

In-Person Pickup:
- Choose your desired pickup location from the available locations:
- HGAR, One Maple Avenue, White Plains, NY 10605
- LIBOR, 300 Sunrise Highway, West Babylon, NY 11704
- HGAR, 9 Coates Dr, Goshen, NY 10924
- Continue through the checkout process.
- Review the Invoice.
- Select your preferred Payment Method from the available options: Card, Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay, and US Bank Account.
- Click the "Pay $" button to process your payment.
- Review payment confirmation.
- Choose your desired pickup location from the available locations:

Next Steps After Product Purchase
What happens next? Here's a breakdown of the next steps according to your purchased products.
SentriLock Subscription Activation:
- Soon after your purchase, you will receive an email directly from SentriLock (this can take up to 40 minutes). The subject line will be: "Welcome to SentriLock! Please Activate your Account."

Locate Your Sentri ID: This email is crucial as it contains your Sentri ID.
- Important Note: Please pay close attention to your Sentri ID, as it will be different from your MLS ID.
- Activate Your SentriKey Account: Within the SentriLock email, click on the provided activation link.
- Accept the Agreement and Create Credentials (Password for your SentriKey account and a PIN# you will use to access lockboxes from the SentriKey App).
- Once you have completed these steps, you will receive a confirmation message indicating your account has been successfully activated.
- Download the SentriKey Real Estate App: On your mobile device (smartphone or tablet), go to your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and download the app called SentriKey Real Estate. Log in to the app with the Sentri ID from the email and password created during the activation process
- Log into the app with the Sentri ID from the email and password created during the activation process.
- You will go through accepting additional terms of use, allowing SentriKey to access your location while accessing the app, activating additional features on the app.

Lockboxes and/or Accessories (Battery, Lockbox):
Soon after your purchase, you will receive an email from our service confirming the shipping or pickup location of your purchase lockbox(es) or accessories. If you are picking up your device, please make arrangements to do so with the individual pick up locations as their hours and availability may vary. Please note that no payment is accepted at any of the pick-up locations, all purchases and payment must be made online through the OneKey MLS Lockbox Store.
