Enabling and Utilizing the Agent Safety Feature in the SentriKey® real estate app

With a SentriLock subscription OneKey®  MLS customers can utilize the SentriKey® real estate app and unlock valuable benefits like the Agent Safety feature. The Agent Safety feature will send you an alert approximately 90 seconds after you have opened the key door of a lockbox. If you do not acknowledge the second alert, an email and text message will automatically alert your designated emergency contact.

To enable the Agent Safety feature:

1. Launch the SentriKey®  real estate app.
2. Tap the hamburger menu located in top left of the screen
3. Select My Settings
4. Select Agent Safety
5. Select Enable Agent Safety
6. Read the release agreement and tap Accept
7. Enter your PIN and tap OR use Touch or Face ID.
8. Select Add Safety Notification Contacts icon
9. A screen will pop up asking if you would like to access your contacts; select +
10. Select a contact by scrolling or entering the name
11. Select Continue--you have successfully enabled the Agent Safety feature! 

To utilize the Agent Safety feature on a showing:

1. Tap Enter on a lockbox or tap Touch-N-Show® on the app
2. Assure the Agent Safety radio button is toggled on.
3. Tap Continue and after 90 seconds you'll receive a notification asking you to confirm you are safe with the options to Send Alert, Ask Me Again in 2 Minutes, or End Agent Safety Timer.
4. If you tap Send Alert, a message will be sent to your designated emergency contact.
5. If you tap Ask Me Again in 2 Minutes, you'll receive another notice with the same prompts in 2 minutes.
6. If you tap End Agent Safety Timer, the timer will be disabled.
7. If you do not respond, in 60 seconds you'll receive another notification asking you to confirm you are safe.

To disable the Agent Safety feature:

1. Tap the hamburger menu located in the top left corner of the screen
2. Select My Settings
3. Select Agent Safety
4. Select Enable Agent Safety
