OneHome enhances the client experience by providing a personalized and interactive platform. It allows agents to collaborate with clients more effectively by understanding their preferences and guiding them through the home buying or selling process. Furthermore, OneHome ensures your branding is consistently presented throughout the client journey, reinforcing your professionalism and building trust.
To maintain consistent branding, please follow these instructions.
1. Login to Matrix and find the External Links widget on the Matrix Dashboard (You can also go to the main menu option and click Links)

2. Click OneHome Agent Website (This option is also available under the main menu Links in the OneKey MLS section)
3. Click Start typing your MLS... field.
4. Search for OneKey MLS, and select the option
5. Click Continue
6. This is your Agent OneHome page. Here, you can preview your clients' OneHome accounts. To update or change your branding, click on your initials in the top right corner.
7. Click Manage Branding
8. In the Branding Center you can,
- Update your logo (create your own, or select a logo, or chose unbranded which leaves you with the generic OneHome logo),
- Learn more about the brand kit
- Preview what your contacts will see for MLS-Touch/Client and OneHome.
After any updates or additions, be sure to click Save and Activate.
Under the Preview the office name, phone number, etc are just a mock template. The correct information will be pulled from your main menu My Matrix - My Information page.
