Listing Manager will give greater visibility to My Hit Counters and make tracking and sharing your listings’ performance simpler.
1. From within Matrix, click on Input from the main menu.
2. From there you will see Listing Manager open up with all Active Listings.
3. Select a listing to show it on the right hand side, under the listing you will see your hit counter stats.
Eyeballs & Impressions is an excellent way to see the activity your listing is receiving such as:
Number of Agent Views
Number of Client Views
Number of times an agent rejected the listing when it was a Concierge match
Number of times the listing was favorited
Number of times listing was viewed in the last 14 days
Number of client portals the listing has appeared in
Number of Auto Emails listing was sent through
Number of times an agent approved the listing when it was a Concierge match
Number of distinct clients who viewed the listing
Number of times a listing was viewed through IDX
Number of times the listing was viewed in the last 7 days
