Realist is a product included with your subscription that provides access to public records information, along with school and demographic information for the OneKey MLS footprint. Through Realist you can access key statistics and generate labels. You also have the ability to access map data including flood maps. Realist offers additional maps, including hazard maps as an optional premium service.
Realist can be accessed several ways within Matrix:
- From the main menu
- From one line results displays using the Realist icon
- Anywhere within Matrix where you see a linked APN #
