OneKey® provides RESO-standard data to our Participants (brokers) and by proxy, our subscribers (agents) in a Real Estate Standard Organization (RESO) format so it can easily be utilized as part of Internet Data Exchange (IDX), Virtual Office Websites (VOW), to feed your back office software, or to work with technology vendors. Data licensing is managed by the broker. Learn more about Data Delivery options and the process of obtaining a feed.
Data Delivery Options:
Data Feed for IDX Websites for Agents
Showcase your listings and approximately 98% of the properties available for sale and lease on the MLS. With an IDX data feed consumers can browse listings on your site.
Frameable Data Link for Matrix Search for Agents and Brokers
The Matrix Data Link (included with your subscription) allows you to place a Matrix Listing Search on your site. You (or your technology vendor) can limit search radius or place other filters on the data.
Back Office Feeds for Brokers
Options include a full data set of listings and a comprehensive data feed containing your brokerage's data is available for your in-house applications, such as contact management systems, showing scheduling and tracking. These data feeds can be customized. The applications these feeds are used for must require a log in as there is agent-only data included.
Application Development Data for Technology Vendors
OneKey MLS participates in MLS Grid, an industry initiative to streamline rules, display guidelines and compliance, and make real estate data meet uniform RESO standards. A technology vendor who wishes to access OneKey MLS application development data on behalf of a OneKey MLS broker participant must first register with MLS Grid. Technology vendors benefit by reduced expenses due to a standard Web API, license agreement, combined data feed, and simplified compliance enforcement.
Vendor fees are $250 monthly fee for the feed and $20 monthly fee per license.
Process for Securing Data Delivery
1. Technology Vendor registers for an MLS Grid account (or if they already have an account, skip to step 2): Brokers interested in MLS Grid services must work with a vendor who is registered with MLS Grid prior to finalizing your data consumer account. If your brokerage is providing in-house technical services, your brokerage will need to create create an MLS Grid account and function as the vendor for the purposes of the Listing agreement.
2. Technology Vendor creates a Data Subscription (or if they already have a data subscription, skip to step 3)
3. Technology Vendor adds broker or agent to their Data Subscription and sends a Data License Request
4. Broker or Agent receives the Data License Request from MLS Grid via email and signs the data license agreement.
5. OneKey will be notified of the request and will review the website and the signature on the Data license agreement. If corrective action is required, Technology Vendor will be notified via email from notify@mlsgrid.com.
6. Once OneKey MLS approves, the technology vendor will be notified to finalize their request. They will be prompted to provide payment.
7. Once payment is received, if this is the first request technology vendor will be provided with an access token.
