Click "Add", then select the desired property type from the drop-down menu

You have three options to start your listing.
- Fill from the tax records (using location, parcel) - select this option to utilize OneKey® MLS tax information in counties in our coverage area. Outside of the MLS coverage area the property may not have tax information available and in that case use “Skip to a blank input form.”
- Copy an Existing Listing (using location or MLS#) - select this option if you are re-listing a property with an existing MLS # where you were the listing agent (and you are with the same office).

Skip to blank input form - select this option to enter a co-op listing, or if the tax records for your property are unavailable.

Start in the location section to Fill From Tax or Copy an Existing Listing. Skip to step 6 if you will be utilizing Skip to a blank input form.
In the location section, click the Listing Location of Identifier field and enter a street address, Listing ID (MLS #),or Tax ID/APN (parcel #)

Once you enter the address, Listing ID (MLS #), or parcel number, a drop-down will appear returning matches for what you’ve entered. Select the desired address/parcel option.
A map will appear once an address has been selected, and if needed, you can update the property marker in this area by dragging the pin to adjust the map location or clicking on the adjust manually link. You will also be able to update the Google Street View in the Listing Editor under the GENERAL section.
- Once your location information is correct, make your selection, and click Continue

Now you are in the listing Editor. The screen is broken into two panels:
LEFT PANEL is used for navigating the section headings. Depending on the property type you will have different section headings. You will always have a STATUS, GENERAL, and REMARKS sections regardless of the property type.
RIGHT PANEL is used for navigating and entering listing data into the fields. This panel is one long scroll-able column. Review the following for understanding the navigation of the right panel:

To navigate from one field to another you can use your mouse to click into a field, select an option (or type) in the field and scroll to the next field or section. You can also navigate from one field to another by clicking into a field and use the “TAB” key, select an option in a field using the “DOWN or UP ARROW” and press “ENTER” to select a field option or type information into the field.
- Text Field - Type a description pertaining to the field
- Date Field - Enter date MM/DD/YYYY or MM/DD/YY
- Currency Field - Enter whole numbers, no $ and no decimals

Numeric Field - Enter numbers with or with out decimals
- Some numeric fields do not allow decimals like # of Beds, # of Full or Half bath, square footage, etc.)
- Drop-down Field - Select one or more preset field options
- Yes or No Field - Select Yes or No

To navigate from one field to another you can use your mouse to click into a field, select an option (or type) in the field and scroll to the next field or section. You can also navigate from one field to another by clicking into a field and use the “TAB” key, select an option in a field using the “DOWN or UP ARROW” and press “ENTER” to select a field option or type information into the field.
NOTE: Use the Field Information Icon to access any field information/requirements.
8. Additional Editor Functions. Enter data using the following means:
1 - The red block with the number indicates the total number of required fields yet to be filled on the form for the section.
2- Toggle switch on to show only the required fields or off to show all fields
3 - Select a section to jump immediately to that location on the form.
3a - When the View Full Form switch is disabled, only the Form section that is selected to the left is displayed.
4- Select a required field badge to jump immediately to the first required field in that section.
5 - Fill in all required and optional fields.
6- Add or Edit Your Listing Photos
NOTE: Auto-Save Recovery – The Listing Manager will auto save your listing as you enter listing information. If you were to leave your listing suddenly or the system times out, the Auto-Save Recovery kicks in and provides you with options to continue editing.
Editor Functions:
9. Once you Save as Incomplete or Submit you will get the Input Succeed page with an MLS #
Save as Incomplete: Click this button if you're not finished entering ALL required fields or you're not ready to make your listing Active or Coming Soon or visible to other MLS users.. If your listing has been submitted as Active or Coming Soon this option will not be visible.
Submit: Click this button if you're finished entering ALL required fields, and ready for your listing to be visible to other MLS users, submit your listing as Active or Coming Soon. (If there are any required fields not filled the system will not allow you to save it as Active or Coming Soon.)
Close: Click this button to cancel out of this form without saving any entries.. This does not save changes.
Depending on how your listing is saved different options will appear.
NOTE: Incomplete Listings can only be seen by you, your office broker, office admin, and MLS Staff.
