Matrix Add/Edit offers the option to add a new listing by copying an existing listing as a starting point, saving you time and energy. You may only copy proprietary listing information from listings that belonged to your office previously. Please note that listings copied between transaction types will not carry over data from fields that do not exist in the separate property type.
To Create a New Listing by Copying an Existing Listing:
4. Click on the desired form
5. Click Copy an Existing Listing
6. Enter the MLS Number in the MLS Number from which to Fill field
8. Complete the fields and save the listing.
