OneKey MLS customers are billed annually (July 1-June 30) for their subscription to SentriLock Lockbox services. These services include access to securely unlock SentriLock lockboxes and other SentriKey® real estate app benefits such as agent security alarms. To avoid an interruption in service, pay your invoice by the due date.
To Pay Your Bill and Renew Your Subscription as a LIBOR Member:

1. From the OneKey® Dashboard, from the MLS Products widget, click Lockbox Store. Note: if you don't see that option, click Show More to expand your options.
2. Follow the instructions on screen to pay your bill.

Pay Online, if the invoice is available:

Navigate to www.HGAR.com, click Member Login
- Login with your HGAR/MLS ID username and password.

On the Member Portal, click Billing
- If there is no current invoice for SentriLock available it's possibly been written off, and you will need to contact Support@HGAR.com or call 914-681-0833 (Monday - Friday, 9a - 12p and 1p - 5p)
