The listing cart is a great tool for collecting comparable listings for your CMA. When you find the first comp you want to use in the CMA, click "Add to Cart" and create a new listing cart for this property. Then as you continue to search for listings place them in the property cart located next to each listing.
In the CMA section called Comparables, you can select the cart that holds these listings to put them in your CMA.
